How much does the service cost?+
Our cost can run anywhere between $85-$200 weekly or bi weekly.
Move out cleans normally run between $350-$500 depending on the condition of the home.
What is included in your cleaning?+
Included in the cleaning is top to bottom cleaning. From cobwebs, fans, dusting all furniture, window sills, ledges, baseboards, doors, cleaning and sanitizing all bathrooms and kitchen, all appliances wiped down, behind and around stove and refrigerator, vacuuming and mopping all floors and carpets.
Do you get paid by the hour or by the job?+
A - We quote you by the job.
We do take into consideration the sq. Feet and how much work needs to be performed.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?-
A - No. Cleaning supplies are Supplied by the client.
There are instances when we do bring our supplies. An example is, if the client has finished their products or if its a commercial cleaning, then we would provide the cleaning products.
How far do you travel?-
A - We typically stay within a 30 mile radius
Does your team use a mask and gloves?-
A - Yes. It is extremely important to us to protect our clients and employees.
Can you clean the outside lanai or porch?-
A - No. We do not clean outside the home.
If there is a special request because its a move out, then we will consider it.
Do you clean windows?-
A - Yes. We do clean windows, however it is a separate job and it is quoted separately.
Do you wash and fold laundry?-
A - No. We do not do any laundry.
Do you accept credit cards?-
A- Yes we do. We accept all major credit cards
